To those of my readers in the Boston area, check out the Bicycle Film Festival tomorrow at the ICA. Films start at 1:00 PM and continue through the afternoon with the last screening at 9:00 PM. If you go to any of the films between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM be on the look out for your favorite Bostonian Bicycling Blogger valet parking your bicycles for free!
Check out the poster:
That looks pretty sweet. It sucks that it isn’t coming to Phoenix.

Well, it does look like it was a great and fun event. Unfortunately I had something come at the last minute that prevented me from going but there’s always next year.
This is NOT the Boston Bike Film Festival, but the NY festival with a stop in Boston. The BBFF is a nonprofit dedicated to supporting localy cycling advocacy groups in the greater Boston area, such as Hub on Wheels and Mass Bike (and hopefully, Bikes not Bombs in the future). We’re always held on the third weekend of October. This annual festival, now in its fourth year, just completed another successful run. So come see us next year!
Thanks for the heads up Cat. I’ve already put the real Boston Bike Film Festival on my calendar for next year!
Speaking of Bikes not Bombs, I just reviewed them the other day at OTIBR. They’re pretty much the ideal model of how a bike shop should be run.
Adam – the BBFF is going to be the 4th weekend in October this year; however the NY fest is planning to come to town right before the BBFF. Go figure… But we’re still at the Brattle, still food by Redbones, still cash bar, silent auction and lots of fun films and fun in general. Hope to see you there!
