As many of you already know, I’m a Boston Celtics season ticket holder; so, when I recently saw this video of a Celtics fan getting down to Bon Jovi’s Living on a Prayer I knew I had to share it with y’all!
Here’s the video from another C’s fan who was filming the Jumbotron at the time. The quality is not as great as the direct Jumbotron feed but you get to hear the fans cheering on this epic dance. Check it out:
Simply but awesomely epic, eh?
Here’s a link to the direct jumbotron feed. By the way, the fan is a high schooler by the name of Jeremy Fry and apparently it’s been verified by his friends that this epic dance was not a viral marketing scheme of some sorts but was just a spontaneous dance inspired by Bon Jovi’s rhythms.
You can tell that little spot of fame was the greatest thing that ever happened to him.
Awesome!
Grogs last blog post..Yes…A Nation Of Cowards!
Haha I second that Grog.
But I have to say, that was money. That guy owned the jumbo-tron (and Bon Jovi).

I’ll have to agree with both of you, Grog and Justin. This little moment on the Jumbotron was surely one of Jeremy’s greatest moments but he certainly lived up to it. By the way, he was definetly egged on by the woman sitting next to him (his mom?), if you watch the video, right before he starts dancing you can see the woman slapping him in the leg encouraging him to start breaking it down to Bon Jovi.
Yes, I saw the motivational tap on the leg too. I’m just wondering if she knew he was going to get carried away and didn’t want to be sitting next to him.
Funny video though…
Thanks for sharing!
Tony, it would be quite ironically funny if the mom was embarrassed by being seen with her exuberant teenage son…
Simply awesome! You never see anything like it in the uk…
Ha ha, that video was very entertaining! Bet Jeremy thought he was in the shower! 🙂
